These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the Addyea merchant dashboard, integrations, and related services. By using the platform, merchant admins and users agree to these terms.
Platform Scope
Addyea enables merchants to create stores, import and manage catalog data, receive/manage orders, and connect with supported POS systems and operational workflows.
Roles and Accounts
- Merchant Admin: primary owner/operator account for a store.
- Merchant Staff: authorized team members acting on behalf of the merchant.
- Partner Integrations: third-party systems (for example Clover, Lightspeed) connected by merchant authorization.
Merchant Obligations
- Provide accurate store, product, and operational information.
- Maintain account security and restrict unauthorized access.
- Use only lawful data and content with required permissions.
- Comply with applicable taxes, consumer protection, and local regulations.
Integrations and Third Parties
Integration availability and sync behavior may depend on third-party APIs and partner uptime. Addyea is not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, or data discrepancies originating from external systems.
Orders and Operations
Merchants remain responsible for accepting, fulfilling, updating, and resolving order issues. Addyea may provide tools and notifications, but does not guarantee uninterrupted transmission or processing of all events.
Acceptable Use
You must not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt services, upload malicious code, or use the system to violate rights, laws, or contractual obligations.
Fees and Commercial Terms
Any commercial terms, fees, or billing arrangements between Addyea and merchants/partners are governed by separate written agreements where applicable.
Intellectual Property
Addyea retains rights to the platform, software, and branding. Merchants retain rights to their own store content and data, subject to rights needed by Addyea to provide services.
Disclaimers and Liability
The platform is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Addyea disclaims implied warranties and limits liability for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for violations, security risks, legal requirements, or inactivity, consistent with applicable law and contractual commitments.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means acceptance of the revised terms.
